Preconstruction Manager / Estimator

The Estimator will be responsible for:

• Leading proposal and preconstruction efforts, developing detailed estimates, budgets, and value engineering options.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes to produce accurate, competitive pricing.
• Managing subcontractor outreach, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract buyout.
• Coordinating awarded work including scheduling input, site visits, and early procurement activities.
• Tracking job costs, orders, and budget alignment throughout preconstruction and construction phases.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to ensure smooth project handoff.
• Supporting quality control through field coordination and periodic site involvement.
• Identifying project risks and cost-saving opportunities early and throughout the project lifecycle.
