Preconstruction Manager - Healthcare Construction - Orlando

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project requirements and objectives during the preconstruction phase.
• Develop detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure financial and timeline targets are met.
• Lead bid solicitation, evaluation, and contract negotiations with subcontractors and vendors.
• Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate challenges during project planning.
• Review construction documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoff from preconstruction to construction phases.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to healthcare construction.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
