Job Description

  • Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets for multifamily construction projects.
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop accurate scopes of work.
  • Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and construction methodologies.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for new projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:

  • Experience with multifamily construction projects, including estimating and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
