About Our Client

Our client is a reputable GC headquartered in Statesboro, GA. They are a 20 person team successfully completing over $60M in work annually. This role will report to the SPM and have 1 direct report below them. Experience managing a team is important. Must be comfortable client facing and heavily experienced in estimating.

Job Description

  • Review project information to help define scope, project needs, and early construction plans.
  • Develop preliminary budgets and cost estimates to inform project planning and decisions.
  • Prepare project schedules that outline key preconstruction activities and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and project partners to gather information needed for planning.
  • Review drawings and specifications to identify cost, scope, and scheduling considerations.
  • Track preconstruction details and maintain clear records for project teams.
  • Present estimates, schedules, and planning updates to support informed project discussions.
  • Coordinate the transition from preconstruction planning to construction delivery.
