Job Description

  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across all operations
  • Ensure quality is embedded throughout all stages of RF/microwave and microelectronics manufacturing, including wire bonding, chip-level assembly, and final system integration
  • Own and maintain the Quality Manual, procedures, and supporting controlled documentation
  • Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics to drive data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and manage the Internal Quality Audit program, ensuring compliance and process effectiveness
  • Act as primary point of contact for all supplier and vendor quality matters, including electronic components and microelectronic assemblies
  • Ensure employees are properly trained in inspection methods, process control techniques, and high-frequency electronic manufacturing processes
  • Conduct in-process, final, and product-level inspections across RF, microwave, and microelectronic assemblies (including chip and wire processes)
  • Ensure full compliance with AS9100 and ISO quality standards
  • Serve as Management Representative for all AS9100 and ISO-related quality system activities



Environment: RF / Microwave manufacturing with exposure to microelectronics, chip-level assembly, and wire bonding processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent experience within the RF and Microwave industry
  • Strong knowledge of industry drawing standards and military specifications (e.g. MIL‑STD‑883, MIL‑STD‑38534)
  • Experience interpreting customer specifications, statements of work, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to define, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation
  • Experience working with suppliers, auditors, and cross‑functional internal teams
  • Confident analysing quality data and producing technical and management reports
  • Experience supervising or leading technical or inspection staff
