They offer a collaborative, technically sophisticated environment where quality is respected and leadership input is valued.Job DescriptionEstablish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across all operationsEnsure quality is embedded throughout all stages of RF/microwave and microelectronics manufacturing, including wire bonding, chip-level assembly, and final system integrationOwn and maintain the Quality Manual, procedures, and supporting controlled documentationCollect, analyze, and report quality metrics to drive data-driven continuous improvement initiativesLead and manage the Internal Quality Audit program, ensuring compliance and process effectivenessAct as primary point of contact for all supplier and vendor quality matters, including electronic components and microelectronic assembliesEnsure employees are properly trained in inspection methods, process control techniques, and high-frequency electronic manufacturing processesConduct in-process, final, and product-level inspections across RF, microwave, and microelectronic assemblies (including chip and wire processes)Ensure full compliance with AS9100 and ISO quality standardsServe as Management Representative for all AS9100 and ISO-related quality system activitiesEnvironment: RF / Microwave manufacturing with exposure to microelectronics, chip-level assembly, and wire bonding processesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
