Job Description

The Printing Manager will lead all aspects of pressroom operations, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality, defect-free packaging. This individual will oversee teams, optimise workflows, maintain colour accuracy standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to support seamless end-to-end production.

  • Oversee daily production, staffing, and workflows to maximise uptime and minimise waste.
  • Maintain quality and management standards, including in-process audits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulations while meeting production targets.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Printing Manager brings hands-on experience in printing or packaging manufacturing, combined with proven leadership ability in a fast-paced production environment. They will have strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a track record of driving team performance and operational excellence.

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in printing or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of offset, digital printing operations, etc.
  • Experience with management systems, ERP systems, and production workflows.
