They bring a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced production environments.Proven leadership experience within offset, flexographic, or digital printing.Strong understanding of colour management systems (G7/ISO) and prepress workflows.Experience driving performance, accountability, and team development.Solid mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and equipment oversight skills.Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems in a production setting.What's on OfferThis role offers a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package within a stable and reputable manufacturing organisation.
