Job DescriptionThe Process Control Engineer will:Design, review, and implement control system improvements to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency across manufacturing equipment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate new equipment, upgrades, and process changes while ensuring consistent quality standards.Troubleshoot and optimize electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and automated machinery.Lead and execute engineering projects focused on automation, defect reduction, and cost improvements using structured project management methods.Develop and maintain technical documentation such as engineering studies, validation protocols, and system schematics.Provide ongoing technical support, applying data monitoring and process control strategies to improve performance and prevent recurring issues.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
