The company also prioritizes long-term sustainability and professional development, offering clear pathways for technical growth.Job DescriptionDesign, implement, and optimize control systems to improve manufacturing performance.Lead engineering projects including automation upgrades, system integrations, and equipment enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across production equipment.Develop and maintain PLC/HMI programs and support system upgrades.Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to validate new equipment and processes.Create and maintain technical documentation such as validation protocols, engineering studies, and system specifications.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, cost savings, and efficiency gains.Implement data monitoring and process control solutions to improve reliability and prevent errors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
