Process Engineer- Material Manufacturing- Newburyport, MA

• Lead efforts to optimize polymer manufacturing processes, including extrusion and material compounding operations.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment challenges, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, manufacturing procedures, production routings, and bills of materials.
• Provide technical leadership for engineering projects focused on manufacturing performance, product development, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to improve safety, efficiency, throughput, and product quality.
• Support cost analysis, pricing evaluations, and manufacturing feasibility assessments for new and existing product lines.
• Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on best practices, process controls, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, statistical methods, and process optimization techniques.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver innovative manufacturing solutions.
