Process Engineer - Medical -Chalfont, PA

• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Evaluate, specify, procure, and implement new manufacturing equipment and automation technologies.
• Drive OEE improvements through process controls, SPC, training programs, error-proofing methods, and reduced changeover times.
• Support new product introductions and ensure smooth transitions into full-scale manufacturing.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for manufacturing and quality issues.
• Support validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for new equipment and processes.
• Develop and maintain process monitoring systems, performance reporting tools, and engineering documentation.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities while maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance.
