They offer employees the opportunity to make a tangible impact while working within a collaborative, safety-focused, and growth-oriented environment.Job DescriptionProcess Improvement & Operational ExcellenceCollaborate with production and maintenance teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives.Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, equipment reliability, and operational performance.Lead data-driven investigations to reduce variability and eliminate recurring manufacturing issues.Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.Serve as a technical expert for process and equipment-related troubleshooting.Work with internal engineering and technical specialists to implement best practices and innovative solutions.Project LeadershipManage equipment and process improvement projects from initial concept through startup and completion.Develop project scopes, business cases, budgets, schedules, and performance targets.Coordinate engineering design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.Lead cross-functional project teams while minimizing disruption to plant operations.Support outage planning and resource coordination for successful project execution.Monitor project spending, forecasts, and overall project performance.Capital Planning & Business SupportContribute to long-term capital planning by identifying improvement opportunities and developing project justifications.Prepare cost estimates, project documentation, vendor evaluations, and investment proposals.Partner with purchasing teams and contractors to secure required equipment and services.Ensure all contractor activities comply with safety and operational standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
