With 5+ locations and 2,000+ customers across North America, employees have the opportunity to drive manufacturing improvements, support technical innovation, work with advanced materials and technologies, and benefit from strong career growth opportunitiesJob DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain standardised manufacturing processes, introducing controlled improvements as needed.Review production documentation and work instructions to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and clearly communicated.Evaluate customer requirements and determine manufacturing feasibility based on operational capabilities.Provide technical support to customers, production teams, quality teams, and other internal stakeholders.Review customer and industry specifications to ensure compliance with manufacturing capabilities and quality standards.Investigate non-conforming products, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.Support production teams in meeting customer, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in the development, review, and continuous improvement of manufacturing procedures and process documentation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.Investigate customer concerns and support root-cause analysis and resolution efforts.Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to support material and process requirements.Monitor and maintain critical process controls and equipment standards.Support capital improvement projects aimed at increasing operational capabilities and efficiency.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize equipment utilization and manufacturing throughput.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
