Job Description

Lead program strategy and support the execution of enterprise transformation initiatives.
Manage relationships with executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
Establish and oversee program governance, reporting, communications, and decision-making processes.
Coordinate efforts between State leadership, implementation partners, and project teams.
Drive risk management, issue resolution, and strategic planning activities.
Ensure program objectives, milestones, and deliverables are aligned and successfully achieved.

Location: Jefferson City, MO

Duration: 12-Month Contract with anticipated 12-month extension

Work Schedule: Onsite every other week (Monday-Thursday)

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in program strategy, governance, and organizational change initiatives.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders in complex environments.
Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

State or local government consulting experience.
Experience supporting ERP or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Knowledge of public sector governance and program delivery frameworks.

Ideal Candidate BackgroundCandidates with experience in one or more of the following roles are highly preferred:

Strategy Lead
