Job Description

  • Develop and produce digital and print assets for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to refine designs and meet project objectives.
  • Prepare and finalize files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
  • Adapt and revise designs based on team feedback and project requirements.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to the FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Designer should have:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with production processes for both digital and print media.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of design trends and best practices within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
