Job Description

  • Manage daily production operations
  • Lead and develop supervisors and production personnel
  • Drive safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements
  • Improve labor utilization and workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
  • Support hiring, training, and workforce development efforts
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure customer delivery requirements are achieved

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Experience managing supervisors and production teams
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Proven ability to improve operational performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
