This is a great opportunity to join a stable, well-established company that continues to grow.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day production operations across multiple shifts in a continuous 24/7 manufacturing environment.Ensure production schedules meet customer demand, service level commitments, and inventory requirements.Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Materials teams to maximize equipment uptime and throughput.Track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators such as OEE, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, and output.Directly manage Production Supervisors and ensure strong, consistent leadership across all shifts.Coach and develop supervisors to drive accountability, performance, and employee engagement.Partner with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Promote a disciplined, positive, and results-driven culture on the production floor.Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures.Ensure adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.Support investigations and corrective actions related to safety, quality, or operational issues.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
