Job Description

  • Lead daily production execution across two shifts
  • Develop and coach supervisors and frontline associates
  • Own production scheduling, labor efficiency, and throughput
  • Ensure quality standards, SOPs, and safety protocols are followed
  • Drive continuous improvement across people, process, and equipment

The Successful Applicant

  • Production leadership experience in regulated manufacturing
