Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day production across printing and finishing operations
  • Manage teams of 40-50 temporary and ~10 full-time employees
  • Drive production schedules, throughput, and on-time delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally with Project Management, Sales, and Scheduling
  • Improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with safety (CAL/OSHA), quality, and regulatory standards
  • Support facility expansion and operational scale-up initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years in manufacturing leadership (production, operations, or shift leadership)
  • Experience in print, packaging, paperboard, or similar environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and improve production processes
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
