Production Manager

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and output.
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production techniques and resolve operational challenges.
• Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a safe and supportive work environment.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.
