A rapidly growing, high-volume food manufacturing company is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced, refrigerated production environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving production performance, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and guiding large teams on the floor.

Job Description

  • Lead nightly production operations across multiple lines
  • Drive throughput, efficiency, and labor performance
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and food quality standards
  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting
  • Partner cross-functionally with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams
  • Execute production plans and manage labor allocation

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of production leadership in manufacturing
  • Experience in cold storage, protein, or food production
  • Ability to lead large hourly teams in fast-paced environments
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach
