Production Supervisor

Supervise and coach hourly production employees

Oversee operations across:

• Multiple production lines
• Batching processes
• Filling and bottling operations

Ensure adherence to production schedules and output targets

Drive improvements in:

• Line efficiency
• Inventory accuracy
• On-time production

Partner closely with:

• Scheduling
• QA and Quality teams
• Maintenance
• Warehouse

Enforce safety standards and compliance procedures

Identify and resolve production issues and inefficiencies

• Track production metrics and communicate progress to leadership
