Production Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor and maintain quality control measures to meet company and customer standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for production.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Train and mentor team members to support their professional growth.
