Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of 12-15 production employees
  • Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency goals
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Monitor and improve operational performance and production flow
  • Partner closely with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced production environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and production scheduling
  • Bilingual Spanish (conversational) required
