Job Description

  • Lead daily production activities.
  • Supervise and direct hourly employees across multiple production lines.
  • Monitor output, staffing, quality, and labor utilization.
  • Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and maintain productivity goals.
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Communicate shift performance and production updates to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of production, manufacturing, or operations leadership experience.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, perishable food processing, cold storage, or refrigerated production environments.
  • Proven ability to lead large hourly teams in fast-paced operations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • ERP experience preferred.
