Through a focus on operational excellence, scalability, and client service, the organization delivers innovative solutions that help customers develop, transform, and maintain their physical locations across North America.Job DescriptionManage multiple construction programs and related projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.Develop and maintain program strategies, project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Provide oversight of project portfolios to ensure alignment with client goals and organizational objectives.Establish program performance metrics and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.Coordinate activities among architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.Drive consistency in execution, reporting, communication, and project delivery across all assigned programs.Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management efforts.Monitor financial performance, project costs, expenses, and overall program budgets.Identify program-level risks, dependencies, and opportunities while implementing mitigation strategies.Facilitate regular status meetings and performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure project activities remain on schedule and address issues that could impact timelines or deliverables.Perform periodic site visits to assess progress, quality standards, and operational effectiveness.Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements, quality expectations, and contractual obligations.Review project documentation and deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide proactive communication regarding program status.Manage client concerns, escalations, and change requests while maintaining strong relationships.Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices across programs.Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including executives, clients, subcontractors, field personnel, and business partners.Successfully deliver programs and projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
