Job Description

This Program Manager will be:

  • Managing 20-30 active programs simultaneously
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering and operations
  • Communicating program status to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring programs are meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals
  • Enforcing procedures and keeping teams aligned and on task
  • Identifying risks and driving issue resolution
  • Managing contract requirements and program documentation
  • Supporting proposal reviews, quotes, and scope changes
  • Ensuring timely closeout of completed programs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Program Manager will have:

  • 10+ years of program or project management experience
  • Mechanical Engineering or Engineering-based background required
  • Experience supporting manufacturing programs
  • Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
  • Ability to interface with customers at multiple levels
  • Experience driving structure and process
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
