Job Description

Manage overall program execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet defined objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on scope, schedules, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate reporting on accomplishments, milestones, and risks.
Review and track project schedules with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
Lead program-level coordination across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.
Develop and administer risk management plans, identifying and mitigating project risks.
Communicate program status clearly and consistently to internal stakeholders and customers.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across all participants.
Support continuous improvement of program management processes and execution strategies.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in program management within a technical or engineering environment.
Strong background working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing or similar industries.
Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with risk management, project reporting, and process coordination.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
