Job Description

This Program Manager will be:

  • Leading end-to-end program execution for new medical device development
  • Developing and managing program scope, schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Creating and maintaining detailed program plans, Gantt charts, and WBS
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations
  • Managing integration of hardware, disposable, and software workstreams
  • Overseeing design control activities and documentation readiness
  • Managing external vendors and development partners
  • Facilitating phase-gate reviews and driving issue resolution
  • Tracking program metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Program Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in medical devices
  • Experience managing full product lifecycle and design controls
  • Strong knowledge of FDA and ISO regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
