Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to grow quicklyWorking alongside senior leadershipAbout Our ClientConstruction management and general contracting firmJob DescriptionProject Accounting & BillingPrepare and process monthly owner requisitions utilizing AIA billing formats.Review, process, and track subcontractor requisitions and payments.Ensure subcontractors are compliant with contract requirements, including insurance documentation, billing procedures, lien waivers, and other contractual obligations.Monitor project cash flow and maintain accurate records of project financial performance.Manage client billing schedules and ensure timely invoicing and collections.Budget Management & Financial ReportingProcess and maintain project budget updates in collaboration with Purchasing and Project Management teams.Review invoices and select appropriate payments for inclusion in the weekly disbursement cycle.Monitor project costs, forecasts, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.Support financial reporting, job cost analysis, and project performance reviews.Cross-Functional PartnershipWork closely with Project Managers and Project Executives on project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial administration matters.Partner with Finance leadership on financial reporting, general conditions analyses, cash flow management, and project P&L performance.Provide financial insights and support to project teams to help drive informed business decisions.Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
