Job Description

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project files and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Monitor project timelines and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Administrator should have:

  • A background in construction project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
