Job Description

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration
  • Maintain project documentation and filing systems
  • Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentation
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to internal teams
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Assist with vendor and subcontractor communications
  • Organize project records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and project reporting efforts
  • Learn project financial management and operational processes
  • Contribute to successful project delivery through strong organizational support

The Successful Applicant

  • Entry-level to early-career construction professionals encouraged to apply
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of construction documents preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
