Job Description

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Support the project management team in planning and executing construction-related initiatives.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for ongoing projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

  • A background in construction project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
