Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in procurement processes by tracking orders and managing vendor communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and construction industry standards.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Monitor project budgets and flag discrepancies for resolution.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying and addressing potential project challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

  • A background in construction project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
