The company offers employees the opportunity to work closely with leadership, gain broad project exposure, and make a meaningful impact on every project they support.Job DescriptionProject Coordination: Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activitiesDocumenation: Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondenceTeam Leadership: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are metSchedule Management: Assist with project scheduling and monitor progress against established timelinesQuality Control: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field operations as neededSafety Compliance: Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and public-sector regulationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
