Job Description

The Project Coordinator will:

  • Assist project managers with the daily coordination of healthcare construction projects.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones to support on-time project delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project progress.
  • Support procurement activities and monitor material deliveries and tracking.
  • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, documentation standards, and safety requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between field personnel and office-based project teams.
