Job Description

The Project Coordinator - Healthcare Construction - MD will:

  • Assist project managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projects
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
  • Support procurement processes and materials tracking
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Help facilitate communication between field teams and office staff

The Successful Applicant

The Project Coordinator - Healthcare Construction - MD will have:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in construction coordination or project support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and project workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both field and office teams
