Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address potential delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements on project sites.
  • Support procurement activities, including vendor selection and material tracking.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with job order contracting (JOC) processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
