Known for its commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and client satisfaction, the company has built strong relationships across the region and continues to grow its project portfolio.The organization offers a collaborative, team-focused culture where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and advance their careers.Job DescriptionAs a Building and Construction Project Coordinator, you will:Support Project Managers throughout all phases of project executionCoordinate project documentation, contracts, and correspondenceTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logsAssist with scheduling, procurement, and material trackingMaintain accurate project records and reporting systemsCoordinate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clientsAssist with budget tracking and project cost reportingPrepare meeting agendas, notes, and project updatesSupport project closeout activities and final documentationHelp ensure projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
