With a collaborative, team-first culture and a steady pipeline of work, they provide employees with the opportunity to build long-term careers while working on some of the city's most impressive interior renovation projects.Job DescriptionAs Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:Support Project Managers with daily project coordination and administrative tasks.Assist with procurement by ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors.Pick up and deliver construction materials, tools, and project documentation between jobsites and suppliers.Maintain organized project files, purchase orders, and subcontractor documentation.Coordinate schedules with vendors, subcontractors, and building management.Help monitor project budgets by tracking purchase orders and invoices.Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.Communicate with field staff to ensure materials and information are available when needed.Assist with permit, insurance, and compliance documentation.Perform other operational tasks to keep projects moving efficiently.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
