Job Description



  • Lead the full project development lifecycle, from early-stage relationship building through project kickoff
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner
  • Collaborate with internal teams including preconstruction, design, and operations to shape project approach and execution
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market presence
  • Oversee conceptual planning, feasibility analysis, and early-stage budgeting
  • Support deal structuring and contract negotiations
  • Contribute to overall regional growth strategy and pipeline development

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in Project Development, Preconstruction, or senior client-facing roles within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated success in originating and developing projects, not just executing them
  • Strong network and market presence in Houston or the Texas region
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar preferred
