Job Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all stages of construction.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their requirements are met.
