Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project documentation
  • Track project schedules and support milestone achievement
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants
  • Review drawings and specifications to support project execution
  • Assist with change orders, budget tracking, and cost management
  • Support procurement activities and material deliveries
  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction
  • PE, Project Engineer, APM, or Assistant Project Manager experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus
  • Motivated professional seeking long-term career growth in commercial construction
