Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Project Managers to help deliver commercial construction projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other critical project documentation
  • Support project planning efforts, including scheduling, procurement coordination, and budget monitoring
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project momentum and resolve issues proactively
  • Participate in project meetings and ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record management
  • Contribute to quality control and safety initiatives while helping achieve project performance goals
  • Assist with project closeout activities, including punch list completion, turnover packages, and final project documentation

The Successful Applicant

What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Previous experience in a Project Engineer position or a similar construction-focused role
  • Exposure to commercial construction projects is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or comparable software is a plus
