Job Description

  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the construction project
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine the specifications of the project
  • Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure project is completed within the designated timeline
  • Manage project budget and procure necessary resources
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and handle contractual agreements
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visulization software
  • Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
