Job Description

  • Support project execution from planning, budgeting, and procurement through construction closeout
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, municipal agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Track schedules, project costs, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation
  • Assist with site inspections, progress reporting, quality control, and safety compliance
  • Contribute to redevelopment, build-to-suit, and industrial conversion projects across the portfolio

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 1-4 years of construction, engineering, or development experience
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and project controls
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms
