Seeking a Project Engineer to work in tandem with the SPM & leadership team to help lead on-site execution for industrial, commercial, education, and office ground up and TI construction projects. You will be working on managing your own projects and really getting the hands on experience on what it's like to truly run a project from start to finish as a Project Manager.

Job Description

  • Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid packages, subcontractor bidding, and preconstruction planning.
  • Support the SPM on running full scope projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout materials.
  • Support QA/QC processes by maintaining tracking logs and coordinating inspections and testing.
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, owners, and subcontractors to ensure scope compliance.
  • Schedule and facilitate pre-installation meetings, material testing, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
  • Provide field support by assisting superintendents, conducting project inspections, and helping maintain project schedules and quality standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of general construction experience
  • Medical, Commercial, Municipal, Multifamily, K-12 ground up/renovation experience
  • Experience with estimating, takeoffs, bid packages
  • Familiarity with construction software - Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
  • Family and Team oriented
  • Wanting to be part of one of the top GCs in Indy and eventually grow into leading your own projects in the field
