Seeking a Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents, you will help drive schedule, quality, cost control, and project coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate subcontractor communications, revisions, bulletins, addenda, and change documentation.
  • Support project scheduling, cost tracking, bidding, buyout activities, and change order reviews.
  • Assist field operations through material verification, site documentation, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to punch list completion, project closeout, and safety compliance initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of subcontracts, RFIs, change orders, and project cost controls.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Knowledge of CPM scheduling principles; Primavera P6 experience is advantageous.
