Contractor is a full-service design/build general contracting firm. They focus primarily on healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial projects up to $30M in value. They are looking for a strong Project Engineer to help their business continue to grow.

Job Description

  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist in managing budgets and tracking project costs effectively.
  • Support quality control efforts to maintain project standards.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, contractors, and teams.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including reports and plans.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on-site.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving during the construction phase.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

  • Bachelors Degree (construction management, engineering, or construction related preferred)
  • 2+ years of construction experience
  • Experience with construction project coordination and management.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in construction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
