Job Description

The Project Engineer reports into the Project Manager and supports all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Assist with project documentation, RFI's, and submittals
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and field teams to maintain schedules
  • Support cost tracking, budgeting, and change order management
  • Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to manage workflows
  • Participate in site visits and gain exposure to field operations
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Contribute to maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Engineer role we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 0-4 years of construction experience
  • Exposure to multifamily or commercial construction preferred
  • Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
  • A long-term mindset with a commitment to career progression
